We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to Returns (at) estreetshopping (dot) com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate / time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please call us, at 314-865-2837 to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping
E Street Shopping uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most detinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

All orders delivering to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Candaian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10 additional charge for duties and taxes.

For all international shipments, including Canada, we will email you with the shipping cost quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
E Steet Shopping LLC has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sampler -- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you come up with the perfect idea for your particular gift giving situation!

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Missouri (7.616%). This is due to the fact that our company is located in St. Louis, MO. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
